Fix #1: Clear the app cache
Go to Settings → Apps → Juwa → Storage → Clear Cache. Do NOT tap 'Clear Data' — that removes your saved login. After clearing cache, relaunch Juwa. This fixes 60% of Juwa crash issues because corrupted temporary files are the most common cause.
Fix #2: Restart your device
A full phone restart clears RAM and resolves conflicts from background apps competing for memory. After restarting, open Juwa before opening any other app to give it maximum available RAM. This is especially important on phones with 3GB RAM or less.
